Marvin Hernandez serves as Vice President across the Next Era family of companies, providing high-level operational leadership. He founded HBE, a company focused on condos and townhomes, and later joined forces with Next Era Electric, which specializes in apartments and Build-for-Rent communities.
In his role, Marvin provides high-level supervision, training, guidance, and support across estimating, purchasing, safety, and construction to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. With over two decades of experience in the electrical industry, Marvin brings seasoned expertise and deep knowledge that are integral to the efficiency and excellence of the companies he leads.
As a licensed electrician, Marvin possesses a profound knowledge of electrical systems and their applications. Known for his collaborative and one-team approach, he is highly skilled at building strong partnerships with clients and leading effective field operations. His commitment to excellence and hands-on leadership ensures each project undergoes careful planning and successful execution.
