Josue Hernandez oversees day-to-day construction activities, ensuring seamless coordination of manpower, materials, project schedules, inspections, and jobsite execution. His leadership and field expertise are essential to the successful delivery of complex multifamily projects.
With over 15 years of experience in the electrical industry, Josue has built a strong foundation in field operations and project delivery. Beginning as an apprentice and advancing to project manager, he brings hands-on knowledge of field teams, installations, sequencing, workflow management, and troubleshooting. He has led and supported more than 20 multifamily projects, ranging from 40 to 300+ units.
Josue is highly attentive to project details and frequently monitors progress both on-site and outside business hours. He enjoys capturing photos and videos to document the journey of each build. Known for his collaborative approach, he works closely with general contractors, field teams, and internal departments to maintain workflow continuity and solve challenges as they arise. His dedication to structure, communication, and accountability is key to delivering successful outcomes.
Outside of work: Josue enjoys riding ATVs in the mountains and spending time with family and friends.
