In her role, she assists with key office functions, prepares and distributes weekly safety chats, and helps ensure that all projects remain aligned with company-wide safety standards and documentation requirements.
Jennifer’s attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn make her a valuable support to both field and office operations. She plays an important role in maintaining accurate safety records, supporting internal communication, and helping uphold Next Era’s commitment to safety, quality, and organization across all active job sites.
Outside of work: Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, and being outdoors in the mountains. She remains committed to her education while continuing to build her skills and grow in her career path.
