Dinora Martinez serves as President across the Next Era family of companies, providing strategic and operational leadership. Raised in a family with a rich tradition of electricians, she embraced her calling and made her lifelong dream a reality by establishing Next Era Electric. All companies under her leadership are built on a foundation of excellence, integrity, and a strong client-focused approach.
Her role spans all aspects of operations, including shaping and implementing business strategies, driving growth initiatives, fostering client relationships, and ensuring seamless project execution. Dinora’s hands-on approach and dedication to operational excellence are central to the continued success of the businesses she leads.
An alumna of Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Dinora combines her education with over 19 years of professional experience in a Fortune 100 aerospace company, specializing in business, customer success, planning, operations, and project management.
Outside of work: Dinora enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her husband and three children, and proudly supporting her children’s sports as their biggest fan.
